Welcome to this fabulous house ideally situated in the heart of Abersoch.
Recently refurbished and sleeping eight guests with generous parking and a south-facing garden, it's the perfect coastal retreat for a memorable celebration with family or friends. Just 0.2 miles from the bustling town of Abersoch with its cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops and has ample private parking.
Our home also boasts a hot tub,&nbsp;table-table tennis table,&nbsp;BBQ, large outside space & deck&nbsp;and secure storage for bikes / watersports equipment. It is the perfect get-away and has receive many <a href="https://www.fairwaysabersoch.com/en/reviews">5* reviews</a>!
We're excited to have installed a brand new, extra large hot tub in April 2024. We've made this an optional extra, as recognise that some guests may not want to use it. The cost is £150 per week (for shorter stays it's £70 + £12 per night). We don't profit from that figure - we use a professional company to maintain the spa and&nbsp;it genuinely covers the cost to clean, empty, fill, service, chlorinate, treat and heat the tub.
Please let us know when booking if you'd like to book the tub too. We can then arrange the payment separately.

Fairways - Abersoch

Fairways had so much to offer. The hosts were very helpful and informative.
The house was a home from home, Very comfortable, alot bigger than we thought, modern, with everything you need and the kids loved the table tennis and hot tub.
The location was fantastic, just a stroll away from shops, restaurants and the gorgeous beach. 
A wonderful break, enjoyed by all. Will definitely return.

Fabulous Holiday

Absolutely beautiful house, such a great location with a short walk to the beach and shops in town…stayed at Fairways for a few days with friends and we absolutely loved it! The hot tub is fantastic, definitely a highlight! Will definitely be booking another stay soon!!

We absolutely loved it!

Kate and Richard were exceptional hosts and incredibly responsive. The house was gorgeous, a home away from home. Everything was beautifully presented and clean, the beds were so comfortable with gorgeous linen. The location of the house made it so easy to access everything Abersoch has to offer within minutes on foot. Finally, the glorious hot tub is a fantastic addition and great way to relax whatever the weather!

Exceptional hosts and gorgeous house.

Such a great location! Genuinely 5mins to the beach and 5mins to the restaurants. Table tennis and hot tub were lots of fun. Plenty of parking. Kate's put a huge amount of effort into making this a really special place to relax. Thank you for a great stay.

A really relaxing place to stay

As close as you get to the beach/restaurants, without paying silly money! Incredible location and much larger than expected. Hot-tub and table tennis were great fun. Lots of the thoughtful, personal touches throughout. 
Great communication with Kate. We will be returning and will recommend Fairways to friends and family.
