Enjoy a family vacation at Paradise Point Waterfront Cottage on the beautiful Frye Island! Located on the amazing Sebago Lake, there are 12 public beaches, nine hole public golf course and lounge, a General Store and Cafe, a public pool, tennis and basketball courts, and a playground that hold endless possibilities for family fun and relaxation.
This cottage has four bedrooms with a king sized bed, a full sized bed, two twin sized beds and two bunk beds. There is one full bathroom, a full kitchen, dining area and a cozy living room. Two big glass sliding doors lead to the deck with an electric fireplace, a couch, two sofa chairs, and a picnic table. The cottage sits on a big yard with chairs, picnic table, grill, wood fireplace and a private beach at the end with a long dock where your family can experience the most beautiful sunsets. All the fun awaits here on Frye Island!

Paradise Point Waterfront Cottage on Frye Island

Our family had an amazing time at Gino and Maika's rental. The house was clean and exactly as described, and there was plenty of parking for our cars and boat trailer. The location is ideal with beautiful sunsets and easy access to the water. We had our boat on the mooring for the full week without issue. Gino was fantastic and made sure we had exactly what we needed. He went above and beyond and truly made this a memorable vacation for our 2 young boys. This was our 4th year on the island (1st time at this house), and we will be returning to this rental for our 5th year! THANK YOU!

Amazing Time at Paradise Point!

We had a wonderful and memorable family trip to Paradise Point right after the 4th of July. The home had all the amenities we needed and more than enough space for our family of four. There were two amenities we were not expecting that made a huge difference. The mini-split really helped as it was in the 90s the week we were there. Also, the separate ice maker helped when we were either hanging out all day enjoying the paddle boards and kayaks or when we were out on the lake for the day. The beach and quasi lagoon was perfect for the kids as it wasn’t too deep for them. The dock was also a kids favorite as they would run and jump off. The view facing the mountains accompanied by beautiful sunsets was amazing. Definitely a place we plan to revisit in the future.

Wonderful Family Trip

As others mentioned, loved the floor to ceiling windows with stellar views, back deck for lounging, your own beach for swimming, dock, and the spectacular sunsets! star gazing at night at the fire pit lakeside. House is truly fully equipped with everything you could need. Great location not only lakeside, but on the island itself. I was worried about bugs as there wasn't a screened porch, but surprisingly it wasn't an issue. There was always a breeze and I think that maybe kept them away.  Hosts are very responsive and helpful.  Next year I'll look into renting a golf cart to tool around the island. It looked like so much fun and the best way to visit some of the island's beaches.

Paradise Point is Aptly Named!

We had a great stay!!! The house is bright and comfortable. Laundry shed had an extra fridge which was useful! There's a brand new deck in the back which was comfortable and got a lot of use. The property overall is just ideal- a nice beach and great dock. Fabulous location on the island as well. Maika and Gino were a pleasure to work with. We really enjoyed it and hope to return next year.

This place is paradise!!!!

We enjoyed the lovely view and private beach and dock at this waterfront cottage.  Gino was very responsive to our requests and our kids loved the water toys including four paddle boards!
