<p>We are so excited to host you in Southpark!&nbsp;</p> <p>Southpark is a Seattle proper neighborhood conveniently located just 15min from downtown, West Seattle and the airport. Our neighborhood is an easy walk to a small strip of bars and restaurants. We are positioned on a dead end street so it stays quiet and friendly. The unit is in our daylight ground floor apartment. It has been designed to provide all the comforts of home with a high end modern touch. Perfect place to lay your head for work or play!</p> <p>Checkout @our.rose.house on Insta!</p> <h3>The space</h3> <p>This unit is 660 sq ft and is located on the ground floor of our home in a daylight apartment. It is 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It has an in-unit washer and dryer, patio, frame smart TV and a stocked to cook kitchen with small cooktop and instapot.<br></p> <h3>Guest access</h3> <p>Guests enter via a key through the sliding patio door. They only have access to the daylight apartment not the rest of the house.
