Ranchview Retreat in the heart of Johnson City

This is a great place to stay if you’re exploring through the Hill Country… smack dab in the middle with easy access to Llano, Dripping Springs, Blanco and Fredericksburg… and tucked away far enough from the main highway that goes through Johnson City that you get a really nice feel of being out in the “country”. The house itself is large, with bedrooms spaced out for privacy, yet still connected with a large Living Area, an outdoor area that is very well situated, and even a pool table. Overall, a great place to stay… we all had a blast… and I would recommend Anna-Marie’s house without hesitation!

Great place for exploring the Hill Country

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here and can’t recommend it enough. The home was pristine, in fantastic condition, and so thoughtfully put together. You can tell the hosts truly thought of everything. Every drawer, cabinet, and switch was clearly labeled, which made settling in so easy and meant there was never a question about where anything was or how something worked.
The house was incredibly well stocked with everything you could possibly need – cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, detergent, chargers on each bedside table, a central charging station in the living room, robes, luggage racks in every room, a fully stocked kitchen, even a boot jack. It honestly felt like nothing was missing.
The hospitality was above and beyond. We were welcomed with a lovely bottle of wine and handwritten note, and during our stay the hosts dropped off another bottle of wine along with incredible local toffee. Such a kind and generous touch.
They were also so communicative, warm, and easy to work with from start to finish. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had, and we would absolutely stay again.

WOW, What a place! Had a family sibling reunion with 4 couples. The home was wonderful. Nicely decorated, huge bedrooms with king size beds, wonderfully stocked kitchen, beautiful outdoor grounds! Owners were wonderful to work with! Everything was simple and easy!
Strongly recommend you get your family, group, friends, whomever and stay there! It's beautiful and priced well compared to other properties in the area. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

Sibling Gathering

Thank you for having us! We has a great time and this was a wonderful place to spend time with our family. Loved the coffee selection and had wonderful peaceful mornings drinking it at the fire-pit. There is a sit down vanity to do your makeup and hair in the front bedroom! We LOVED that!
