Villa Malù is located in Albisano, a small and picturesque hamlet on the hill above Torri del Benaco.
 The villa is located just below the church of Albisano, an enchanted place, immersed in privacy and tranquility that offers a wonderful view of the lake and the slopes of Mount Baldo.
 The villa is reached via a narrow road suitable for medium-sized cars, while large cars have difficulty and will have to find space in public car parks.
 A recent renovation has allowed it to be equipped with every comfort to allow you to spend a holiday in total relaxation and it consists of 4 apartments , three of those are intended for tourist rental, while the fourth is used by the owners.
Each unit has a large private terrace overlooking the lake and the town of Torri del Benaco.
 The Amalia apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of a large living room/kitchen; a double bedroom; two sofa beds and a bathroom.
 A large garden and a large shared swimming pool complete the property.
 The apartments are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and Wi-Fi and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need.
 Towels and sheets are provided included in the price.
 No type of drinks, food or consumable products are provided and must be purchased by guests (soap, shampoo, etc.). 
 Check-in is from 04:00 PM to 08:00 PM. For check-in after this time a fee of 30.00 Euro is required to be paid upon arrival.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
 Early check-in or late check-out can only be confirmed the day before.

Villa Malù - APT Amalia - Pool and lake view

Ein praktisch eingereichtes und geräumiges Appartement in ruhiger Lage mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-Out. Gino, der Hausverwalter, ist immer sehr gut erreichbar, antwortet schnell und kümmerte sich umgehend um unsere Anliegen. Wir sind bereits das zweite Jahr in Folge in der Wohnung und werden sicherlich wieder buchen. An alle Gäste die diese Ferienwohnung noch buchen werden - bitte geht doch sorgsam mit der Einrichtung der Wohnung um, klatscht bitte nicht Insekten auf den weißen Wänden. Wir schätzen hier besonders die Ruhe und hoffen es bleibt auch so.
