Stunning Central Villa by Golf Course & Beach

Could not have had better hosts or place to stay. Ian, Flo and Aaron Duncan treated us like we were a part of their family. Their hospitality and thoughtfulness were beyond anything we would have imagined. The house is beautiful and the location is perfect if you want to get around Scotland and see the sights. I’m sure there are other nice places in Scotland to stay, but, nothing would be better than this. We will be back. Thanks again to the Duncan family.

This place was perfect for our family of 7 golf trip. We stayed here and played St Andrews, Dumbarnie, Kingsbarns, and Carnoustie — it was a great spot to wind down after golfing each day and the amenities are over the top. The best spot for a group trip and works well for cooking home meals, walks on beach, cozy living room, list goes on! Thank you for such a great stay!!

Amazing property. Hosts had thought of everything you could possibly need. Florence and Ian were very welcoming when they met us at the property. Great location with only a few minutes walk to the beach. We loved that each room had a different theme. The hot tub was a great activity on a rainy day and the games room kept everyone occupied when the weather wasn’t very kind to us. Ian sorted golf out for us on the day would requested and was really quick at responding to our queries. We would definitely stay here again.

Ian was a great host, he replied immediately when I wrote him and gave us helpful instructions. The house was very clean and well located, we had a great time celebrating Christmas there! Also, the hot tub was a super cool extra, everyone enjoyed it 😊
