Celebrate life’s big moments together at Greenacres. Imagine gathering everyone you love under one roof — grandparents, grown-up children, partners, grandchildren and friends — for milestone birthdays, anniversaries or special reunions. With sweeping Peak District views, a hot tub and log burner, it’s made for long dinners, laughter-filled evenings and rare time together, just moments from village pubs and Lyme Park.

Family celebration house overlooking Peak District

We had the most fantastic stay at Greenacres for my Mum’s 60th birthday. From the off we had excellent communication from Kath, who assisted me greatly (with traveling from Northern Ireland) in the planning and coordination of the weekend. This included setting up the decorations in advance and providing us with lots of local food / pub recommendations. The pictures of this property are stunning, however the property itself is even more so! We had ample room for 8 guests and it’s the perfect property for hosting a family get together. The games room & hot tub went down a treat! The house was also well equipped for our little dog. Lots of nearby walks and an amazing log fire in the lounge to come home to! Kath and Ivan couldn’t do enough for us during the stay and all our party commented on what a fabulous weekend we had. Thanks again & will hopefully return in the future!
