River Retreat Cabin

Overall a good place to stay! Got excited about the note that there was a surprise in the fridge, but nothing was there :( The floors were a bit dirty so not fun to walk around without shoes on (but we did anyway), and some dead bugs around the baseboards and windowsills. Besides this the place was nice and private with a comfy bed :)

The place looked exactly like the photos. It was a peaceful stay. Jessica was very responsive and polite. There is river access down the road from the cabin with a grill and swings, which was nice. There is a sound monitoring system in the cabin that kept alarming during a thunderstorm which was not ideal, but it didn’t hinder us in anyway. Overall, I’d return!

Really enjoyed our time here nice and cozy great river view in the back and from the hot tub. One entrance is very steep with gravel and cars are more likely not able to go back up it but does have two ways of getting in and out. Overall was a great place a bit secluded nice and cozy, everything was clean and hosts was great with detailed instructions for everything!
