Lovely place, lovely room

Couldn’t have asked for more. We were just stopping off on our way further north, but this would have also been a perfect base to explore the surrounding area. The room was beautiful and felt purpose built as an Airbnb rather than just a room in someone’s house. Bathroom was spotless as well. The hosts were lovely, and happy to leave us be once we were inside since we were very tired. The dog is loud when coming in, but settles almost immediately and we didn’t hear them at all once upstairs.

We felt right at home at Marie and Lindens place. The bedroom and bathroom were beautifully decorated, and we had everything we needed. Marie and Linden made recommendations for a local chippy on a friday which was really thoughtful and so tasty. When we realised we had travelled all the way from home without our walking rucksack, the pair were even kind enough to lend us a rather fabulous backpack, which accompanied us on all our adventures. We will absolutely be booking in to stay here again, we couldn’t have been happier with this find.. thank you Marie and Linden!!
