Hill Crest - Clifftop Escape with Sea View

Our 5th time staying in this delightful cottage! We feel at home immediately and never tire of the amazing views towards the sea. We enjoyed wonderful local walks at Fiddlers Bow Rock, Findlaters Castle and Tarlair. We were lucky with the weather and enjoyed a BBQ, dining alfresco as well as a treat from the local Indian Restaurant and Seafield Arms. A truly enjoyable May Day weekend.

FABULOUS STAY!

Had a lovely time at Hillcrest again. We have stayed at the house many times and love it! The views are stunning whatever the weather. There are plenty of takeaways and local cafes/ restaurants to use. We like to walk to Findochtyi each trip along the viaduct. We will definitely return.

Great relaxing stay.

We’ve visited this beautiful house three times now, and it truly feels like a home from home. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach and with stunning views overlooking the sea. The house is always spotless, with very comfortable beds and everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The deck area is a real highlight; we’ve spent hours there watching wildlife, including minke whales, dolphins, grey seals, and endless gannets. A wonderful place to unwind — we can’t wait to return again!

Our favourite getaway by the sea.

This is my second stay at Hill Crest with my 2 sisters. We look forward all year to returning, and it never disappoints. From the minute you open the door the warmth and welcome greets you. Euan has thought of everything to enable guest to make their stay comfortable and stress free. His attention to detail and style only reflect the love and pride he has, not only for Hill Crest, but Cullen. We were able to enjoy the views and walks better this time, as the weather was kind. It was lovely at night sitting out watching the sun going down. We hope to return again next year all being well. Thank you Euan for allowing us to experience the magic of Hill Crest.
