Historic High Street Retreat

Great old house and location for hitting some hiking trails. And the rich history of Harper's Ferry is inspiring. Folks use to alot more hardier in the 1800's. I hope it stays unchanged for another 150yrs. Go visit you won't be disappointed.

High street retreat

High Street Retreat was the perfect getaway for us and our two teens for the one weekend overlap they had for break. We loved the location and the historic charm of the house. Despite some morning rain, we were able to hike the Appalachian Trail and enjoy the craft shops. A walk to Bolivars Bakery and Kelley Farn Kitchen were also highlights. Then we returned to a cozy gas fireplace and enjoyed a family game night. Would love to go back!
