After booking, you will receive an email with a secure link containing important information about your stay. Through this link, you will e-sign the rental agreement and upload a copy of your ID. You will also be required to choose between purchasing a damage waiver for $45 per stay or opting for a refundable security hold. The damage waiver covers accidental damages or rule violations during your stay. This is not cancellation insurance. We strongly encourage all guests to purchase third-party travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may require canceling your reservation.
To help guests with smaller budgets, we do NOT require a 7-night minimum stay. However, to make this possible, reservations must either butt directly up to another booking or leave a minimum 3-night gap before or after your stay. We cannot rent for 1 or 2 nights. If your dates do not meet this requirement, the reservation will be canceled. We cannot sacrifice those nights to make a stay work. Please only book if your dates meet these guidelines. DESTIN ON BEACH, OWNER MANAGED, SAVE$ MONEY, PRIVATE BEACH !

I was kind of hesitate based on no reviews, but I took a chance at the last minute, as the property owner states we were the first guest here. Property owners great to work with and responds to any questions promptly. Great location close to lots of entertainment. Things I liked best was how easy the parking was, and it was way less crowded than those high rise condos. No circling parking garages for days trying to park. The pool was nice and clean and the beaches not overcrowded. Very nicely remodeled condo even though it was older. Will definitely stay a again.
