Overall, Morongo hideaway was a great house for our family. The casitas were perfect to give our teens their own space. The outdoor area is gorgeous, and we used the beautiful pool & spa and the outdoor games (bocce, billiards, corn hole) every afternoon we were there. The entire back of the house opened up to create awesome indoor/outdoor living. Kitchen was well equipped, and there was a nice gas grill which we used to cook one evening. The location was great- easy access to tons of hiking trails and downtown restaurants, etc… We did have a few issues during our stay, but the mgmt company was responsive and sent people out when needed. The 1st issue was that some of the gate/door codes provided didn’t work, so we had issues getting into the property. A phone call to the management company was all that was needed for them to reset them & give us new codes. Secondly, the wifi didn’t work when we arrived, but someone came out right away & got it working. I was impressed with how quickly they responded. Lastly, a neighbour was doing loud work in their backyard (jack hammering) the day we arrived & several hours the next afternoon while we were trying to relax outside by the pool. While it was outside of the property company’s control, it very much negatively impacted our time at the property. Thankfully, it ended after a few hours and didn’t go on throughout our entire stay. The mgmt company did check in with the neighbour to keep us updated. All in all, it was a great stay!

House was amazing!

We had such a great time at the Morongo hideaway. It was a newer listing with no reviews, but that didn't matter since it was beyond our expectations! We stayed here as a family with three generations sharing Spring Break together, so the grandparents through grand-teens, and we all had plenty of space to relax alone or be together for some fun. The pool and spa were great and we loved having such a nice communal area in the living and kitchen to work, watch a movie or put a puzzle together. We didn't end up cooking but the kitchen was incredible. The management company was easy to talk with and when we didn't understand how to work the spa, they were there within 15 minutes of our request. Would 1000% stay here again (and maybe never leave!)

Fun way to spend time with Family!

We had a great time at this nicely upgraded home. Perfect place to get some quality time in this private home with lots of amenities. Great place to put sports on the big screen all day with music..very relaxing place. The casitas make this a unique place for groups/couples of 4. I would for sure return again. Thank You!

Is such a beautiful home you never wanted to leave It was clean and the kitchen had everything you needed I would highly recommend this to any family 3 separate properties not connected to the main house which made it feel like your at your own private hotel
