This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom coastal getaway is great for families and pets ($100 Pet Fee), with a short walk to the beach right out your back door, no streets to cross!
 


New Upgrades
This beautiful townhouse in is the only unit in the sought-after Barrier Dunes community with a water filter system installed for fresh drinking water and ice straight from the refrigerator – no need to bring bottled water! The unit has new hardwood floors, new master bed, new couch and furniture, new sliding doors and screens, and new air conditioner unit (AC)! The screened-in porch keeps bugs out and is a great place to leave your dog in a secure place.

Inside
Stepped on a Pop-Tart is a spacious, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse. The large master bedroom features a private ocean view balcony, king bed, flat screen TV, and a luxurious bathroom suite with two sinks, shower, and garden tub. Downstairs from the master is an open floor plan living space, with fully equipped kitchen, 6-seat dining table, and sitting area with flat screen TV. A guest room off the living space has bunk beds with a full on bottom and twin on top, flat screen TV, and private balcony. Next to the guest room is a bathroom with shower and laundry (washer/dryer).

TVs and Tech
Stepped on a Pop-Tart has plenty to keep you entertained after you’re don on the beach! The townhouse comes with 65-inch, 58-inch and 42-inch flat screen smart HDTV’s, with free Netflix and YouTube TV to stream movies. Accompanying each smart TV is its own DVD player, and you have 75 DVDs at the unit to choose from! In case you want to go old school, there’s also a VCR!

Outside
You’ll have plenty of outdoor living space, with two gas grills and an outside burner for frying fish, and a large screened deck with plenty of seating around a big table. The master suite balcony has two brand new Adirondack chairs where you can sit and watch the sunsets or stargaze at night. And from the guest room balcony, you can check out the neighborhood! On the ground level, there’s one covered parking space and room for another car in the driveway. An outdoor shower and hose make is easy to wash sand off before going inside.

Amenities and Activities
Barrier Dunes is a fantastic beach-side community! You get access to 2 pools, one is ocean side (just a 2-min walk from the townhouse!), and the other is next to neighborhood tennis courts. There’s also a playground, fishing ponds, and a nearby golf course. Other close by activities include biking, hiking, snorkeling, fishing, kayaking, and more! Bask in the sun on sugary white sand beaches overlooking the turquoise ocean, surrounded by towering dunes!


Stepped On A Pop-Tart

I would highly recommend Stepped on a Pop-Tart.  It’s very clean, open concept, stocked well, new appliances, and the screened-in porch was loved by us and our fur babies.  The technology is on point, if you’ve been to the Cape, you know how sketchy the Wi-Fi is; not in Stepped on a Pop-Tart.  We can’t wait to visit again!!!

Happy Holidays from the Cape!

We have been coming to the Cape for 3 years and we love it so much down there. We have stayed in 5 townhouses in this area. We love Stepping on a pop tart! It was the perfect size for our family of 4! House was very clean and you can’t get much closer to the beach! We love their beach! It’s clean, not super busy and we enjoy sitting by a fire watching the sun set!

Family beach vacation 

Have spent several beach vacations at Stepped On A Pop Tart. We just returned home from our last visit on Saturday. As always, the Condo was clean, well furnished for both living & cooking, and very comfortable for us and our Border Collie, King. The proximity to the beach is perfect & the views from both upper & lower decks very enjoyable. Kevin is very easy to work with & always answers communications promptly.  Highly recommend!! 👍

Beach front getaway

We totally enjoyed our week at Stepped on a Pop-tart! Is is so close to the beach and pool. The kids loved the bunk bed! We look forward to another stay in 2022! Although we were not greeted with pop tarts I am thankful I packed some because every night a mysterious lady came cleaned up and left a hidden pack of pop tarts! The last night she set up a scavenger hunt. WOW! The kids are still young enough to believe what we tell them!! Lol

Family of 4

We just enjoyed our second stay at Stepped on a Poptart. We look forward to our third. It has everything you need to relax, cook, and space to spread out. It was 130 steps to the sand.  Both pools are also a very short walk. We spent our time mostly at the beach, but also enjoyed both pools. This was our 6th trip to The Cape and Poptart is, by far, our favorite place to stay. There were updates, new furniture, new appliances, new TVs for our second stay. It wasn’t necessary, as it was awesome the first time we were there. It is such a nice place!
