Overlooking the stunning Eilean Donan Castle at the gateway to the Isle of Sky, Druidaig Lodge is one of those places that instantly makes you slow down, breathe deeper, and soak it all in. Set right on the shores of the breathtaking Loch Duich, near Kyle of Lochalsh, this beautiful Edwardian lodge is all about space, charm, and unforgettable views.
A lodge made for gatherings
Originally built as a traditional sporting lodge, Druidaig is perfect for big family get-togethers or special celebrations. It’s full of character, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out, yet still feel together. The proximity to Eilean Donan Castle makes it perfect for those getting married at the Castle.
The sitting room and drawing room are real highlights—think cosy sofas, roaring log fires, and huge windows framing those ever-changing loch views. On a chilly Highland evening, there’s nowhere better to curl up.
And for a bit of fun? The games room—with its snooker table—has a habit of bringing out everyone’s competitive side.
Cooking, dining & good company
The kitchen is wonderfully sociable and well-equipped, making it easy (and enjoyable!) to cook for a crowd. Whether it’s a hearty breakfast before a day exploring or a long, relaxed dinner, the elegant dining room seats 12 comfortably - perfect for laughter-filled evenings and shared stories.
Sweet dreams with a Highland twist
With ten bedrooms, there’s space for all kinds of groups. Kids will love the bunk beds and the cosy tucked-away rooms on the second floor, while the rest of the bedrooms offer comfort and flexibility for everyone else. After a day of fresh Highland air, you’ll sleep incredibly well here.
Mornings you won’t want to rush
Wake up, throw open the doors, and step straight into the magic. The gardens stretch out towards the loch—ideal for children to explore while you sip your morning coffee (or something stronger later in the day!) and take in the view. Honestly, it’s hard to beat.
