It was a lovely place right in the center of St. Ives, it felt so homey. We had an amazing time! The location is good, the house is clean and comfortable. Feels like a home away from home

Fabulous location with wonderful views. Very comfortable, clean house with everything we needed. Easy to walk to town and right on top of Porthmeor beach. Kim was a very responsive host and there was plenty of useful information in the house. We had a superb time!

Great location. Good parking. Beautiful views. Close to the beach as well as shops and restaurants. Very homely and comfortable. Had everything you could possibly need for self catering. Well laid out and nicely presented. The beds were really comfortable to sleep in. The master bedroom is particularly nice with a lovely view. The hosts communication was excellent and were really helpful. We had 3 generations of family with us and it suited us all very well. We would stay here again. We had a very enjoyable week.

Great location right near the beach and town and very useful parking spot right out the front. Comfortable house with everything you need.

We had a wonderful week stay at Kim's place. It's so well located over beautiful Porthmeor beach, and easily walkable into the centre of St Ives. Magical. We will stay here again next year!
