This newly remodeled vacation rental has all the luxuries you would expect in a nice boutique hotel: It has two floors and can sleep up to 10 people. As with all of our units, it comes with a washer and a dryer for fresh, clean towels and clothes daily.
This luxury Kauai vacation rental is also equipped with air conditioning for your comfort. There is a lovely peekaboo view of the ocean from the front lanai where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sunset in the evening.&nbsp; 
Enjoy the heated pool, tennis courts and gorgeous views from one of the many hiking spots around the grounds of Poipu Kai on the South Shore. The lush grounds reflect the true nature of Kauai, where vegetation is at its best. Impeccably landscaped, they feature a green belt that leads to the beach in under five minutes and opens up to beautiful Poipu Park. 
Nearby Brennecke’s Beach is great for body boarding and Poipu Beach is known for its snorkeling. Poipu Kai’s green belt also leads to the stunning Shipwreck Beach, a popular surf spot. Our Kauai, Hawaii rental villa is an outdoor lover’s paradise!

koolkondo  Luxury Designer Condo with  AC/pool by the beach

This condo was a very nice choice. It had everything we needed to make our family of 9 comfortable for our 10 day stay. Our property manager, Corey was the best! He answered my many questions prior to our arrival and helped us with a small issue on our first day. Having beach gear, towels and chairs etc made it so easy. Thank you for a great stay!

Best Kauai Experience

My family and I recently stayed in Koolkondo 221. The condo was well appointed, very clean and spacious, the kitchen had all the necessities for cooking, the bathrooms a generous size; the Regency Villas were beautifully groomed and quiet. The condo manager Corey was very helpful with information and recommendations.  There was a problem with the dryer when we arrived and Corey  fixed it as soon as parts were available. The pool and beach are about a 10 min walk, Poipu Beach is also about 10 minutes; a great place to swim and see sea turtles. Lots of good restaurants within a 10 minute drive.  Highly recommend. 

Koolkondo 221

We stayed with our 8 kids and had a very comfortable and convenient experience. The place was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Proximity to great beaches was one of our main highlights. The kids also loved swimming in the pool and enjoyed the hot tub. Corey was totally on top of things with our pre arrival information as well as answering our questions throughout the stay. There were several snorkel setups, boogie boards, beach chairs and beach umbrellas. In fact there were more here than we are used to having be made available. We would definitely stay here again if the possibility arose! Thanks Koolkondo!!

Convenient Stay!

I booked this condo as well as the one across the hall for my group of 6 senior couples.  It is a beautifully furnished condo and equipped with everything we needed for a great week. I only wished we had planned to stay longer rather than adding a cruise to our vacation!   My only complaint would be that the pool serving the condo was a little bit farther away than we would have hoped. ( nice pool and spa though).  I would definitely recommend this condo !

Beautiful Condo

We just finished 10 wonderful days in this amazing condo. It is everything it is advertised to be, we loved it. Perfect location for the Poipu side of Kauai. Easy walk to a beautiful beach. Corey was very professional, his welcome videos that he sends before arriving are super helpful. I highly recommend this condo and cant wait to return.
