koolkondo Beach Bungalow with Pool by the beach

We loved our time at this house. You are a part of a complex with other homes but we met some nice families. The house was perfect and as described. They have plenty of fans and a standalone AC unit to cool it down. The pool was great and the proximity to the beach makes it very convenient. I would stay here again. 

Great place to stay

Can’t imagine a better place to stay in Poipu, especially with young kids. Amazing to be so close to the beach, and all the beach gear including wagon onsite made everything so easy. The bungalow is comfortable, the compound is lovely. Especially nice to have a pool so close by during toddler nap. Corey made everything super easy and was highly responsive. We’ll be back! 

Amazing spot

This is my family's third time staying at this property but first time under this new ownership and property management. This was our best stay! The property is immaculate, quiet, clean and relaxing. Corey goes above and beyond to make your stay as comfy as possible. Communication is on point and prompt. Amazing location, beach toys, body boards, fins, chairs, wagon, bikes, everything you need to enjoy the beach is provided. Detergents, soap, shampoo, paper towels, tin foil, ziplocks everything you need is fully stocked which is a great improvement from previous owners. Will return soon. Thanks Corey!

Wonderful Property

We spent 4 days at the Beach Bungalow around Christmas with our 2 adult (college aged) children. The location was prime, the living arrangements comfortable, and the kitchen provided us all we needed to keep everyone fed and happy. Would highly recommend! The whole compound would be great to rent for a family reunion with multiple families.

Beautiful and comfortable

The Beach Bungalow had everything we needed for a fun vacation with a 9 and 10 year old.  The beach was only minutes walk away, the rental came with snorkeling gear, beach chairs, boogies boards, surf boards.  The outdoor shower was nice to rinse off from the beach before heading inside.  We were greeted with coffee, fruit, and Kauai Kookies.  The portable air conditioning kept the main living room nice and cool, and all the ceiling fans circulated the cool air at night.  We enjoyed being next to the pool, and our kids took advantage of that when we were not at the beach!  Corey was very responsive to all our needs and communicated very well prior to check in.  We would definitely come back to this place again!
