Private bungalow complex built in 2020.  Absolutely breathtaking and centrally located between Santa Monica, Venice, and Marina Del Rey.  Less than a mile's bike ride to the beach, nightlife, dining.  Property has a modern and compact 3bd/3bth main bungalow and a gorgeous guest house across the pool yard which has the 4th bedroom & bath.  Pool area has it's own bathroom.  TVs in each room. Sound system and fireplace in main living room. Secure  2-car garage can squeeze in 2 cars, no problem.

The main 3 Bed/3 Bath is around 1,200 sqft.  It's not huge, but very comfortable , modern, and high end.  There's a dining table that seats 6.  The bedrooms are neither huge, nor small and has plenty of closet space and their own in-room TV.  The pool guest house is about 400 sqft and is also super comfortable and modern, with it's own fully equipped kitchen.  Our past guests have been using the guest house as a quiet Work area during the day and as a bedroom at night.

Property is located in the utmost center of Venice, Santa Monica, Marina Del Rey, and Culver City.  Beach, nightlife, shopping, and entertainment all within either walking distance or less than 8 minute drive.
