Silver Linings Lakehouse

Our family stayed at Silver Linings for a short week at the end of July, and we had a wonderful time. The house is perfectly appointed, with beautiful views from all the windows, comfortable furniture, a lovely little side sunroom and a nice big kitchen. They have everything you need, unlike some rental properties where you have to remember to bring the salt! This house was welcoming and absolutely stunning, set high up on a boulder overlooking the darling Silver Lake. The house is set close to the road, so easy access, easy to get in and out. The dock is fun for fishing and swimming, and the property itself, with the tree house and side yard, provided fun exploring for the children. The view from the hot tub is gorgeous, and it's an easy 20 minute drive into the town of Port Carling, with plenty of restaurants and lovely shops. Perfect trip for us!

A wonderful escape in Muskoka

This was our 2nd trip to the silver linings lake house with our young family and it was just as good as last years. Nice peaceful, beautiful home on a quiet private lake. Host is always kind and attentive. Very family friendly. Highly recommended!

We had a couples getaway to Parry Sound and had a lovely stay at Silver Linings! Beautiful cottage located 20 mins from Parry Sound. We loved using the hot tub while taking in the views of the lake!
