Private Lake + Fishing, Boathouse & Kayaks

After our original Glacier Mountain vacation plans fell through, we decided to pivot to North Carolina and finding this property made that decision even easier! The home was cozy, comfortable, and perfect for our family of four. Our boys especially loved spending time on the lake and kayaking, while we enjoyed the peaceful view each evening after busy days of sightseeing. We visited Bald Head Island, toured the Battleship North Carolina, and spent a day at Topsail Beach and this home was perfectly located right in the middle of it all. It even reminded us of our own lake property. We highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-situated getaway!

Family Vacation

After a business meeting hosted at Lake Fontanel my wife and I fell in love with the place. The more we talked about it the more we couldn’t imagine having our wedding anywhere else. Leo and Jess took us for a tour of the entire location after we reached out to them about potentially hosting our wedding there. We told them our vision and they were amazing in letting us know exactly everything that was available and how’d they’d work with us. They got the entire area ready for us the way we described our vision to them and it allowed us to set up everything we planned perfectly. The house has every accommodation you need and truly feels like a second home. We were completely comfortable and Leo and Jess were available for anything we needed at anytime. We cannot recommend them or their beautiful location more than enough. Having our wedding here made it every bit as special as we envisioned it to be. Thank you guys so much for everything.

Wedding Ceremony and Overnight Stay

We had an amazing opportunity to stay at this beautifully renovated lake house! With no other house in sight, this was the perfect spot to host a get together with friends and feel like a true getaway. There is a dock with kayaks, HUGE wrap around deck, and immaculately designed bedrooms and bathrooms. The best part was being able to sit on the covered front porch swing in full view of the lake. Everything came together for an unforgettable experience!

We enjoyed our stay so much more that we convinced our friends to book it for their wedding too!
