Laurel is a great host!

Beautiful new home in downtown Chandler! I’ve stayed in the upstairs unit before but it was booked this time. We were glad that we got to see this place, equally awesome!!! Plenty of space for my family, we were able to be alone or gather or walk to town. Highly recommend this gem!

Goldilocking The Dakota Chandler

We had stayed in the top unit previously and I was excited to see there was availability in the bottom unit so I could have my parents stay there. They enjoyed the staycation and were able to enjoy the delicious restaurants in downtown Chandler. Love the location and the place is so spacious and great to hang out in!

Previously stayed upstairs unit - glad to stay in downstairs unit!

It was so fun staying in downtown Chandler at “the Dakota”! It’s a beautiful new home and we had plenty of room for our family of four. The kitchen is well stocked, thee pantry is huge, laundry is on site, the bedrooms are big and the beds are so comfortable. The backyard has a cozy and fun patio area with a grill. This home is so close to great coffee, restaurants, and bars. Our favorites were Maple House, Pedal Haus, Black Sheep, Elliot’s, Craft 64, Jinya Ramen, Sleepy Whale - actually there’s too many to list but we tried every restaurant downtown and they’re all great! There’s also a farmers market every Saturday. Laurel was an awesome host, very helpful, and responded quickly. We’d stay here again in an instant!
