This unique newly remodeled secluded stucco cabin is surrounded by the Gila Wilderness.&nbsp; Nestled at the base of the mountain, it is the perfect lovers' getaway. &nbsp;The one-room cabin is cozy and comfortable - and tastefully furnished with artwork depicting the local area. &nbsp;The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and coffeepot. &nbsp;It comes equipped with dishes and pots and pans. &nbsp;Your private patio is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine while taking in the sunset colors - all while enjoying the gas fire pit in your Adirondack chairs. &nbsp;
-This is a stand-alone cabin. 
-At the Double T Catwalk Resort, you can enjoy unobstructed views of the Mogollon mountain range from your spacious private front patio which is equipped with table, chairs, and a propane BBQ grill.
-The picturesque Catwalk National Recreation Trail is only an 8 minute drive past our cabins. &nbsp;As the river flows down the Whitewater Canyon, it cascades over huge boulders creating splashing waterfalls and hidden pools, magical places in our high desert environment. &nbsp;A variety of bridges traverse the incredible canyon with breathtaking soaring stone formation. &nbsp;&nbsp;The developed trail is 2 miles one way - and climbs upwards into the canyon. &nbsp;Parts of this trail were upgraded in 2003 for handicap access - it is wheel chair accessible to the end of the reconstructed trail, about half a mile one way. &nbsp;Beyond the developed trail, more rigorous trails lead into the Gila Wilderness. &nbsp;There are a variety of other incredible hikes that are not as frequently visited by tourists. &nbsp;I will be glad to send you more info on these as well. &nbsp;You will definitely need a vehicle to get to Glenwood and the Catwalk. &nbsp;From your cabin's front door, you can enjoy walking and biking up a nearby canyon and just leisurely strolling the tree covered local roads.
-Thorough communication will ensure you have an easy check-in during your stay at the Double T Catwalk Resort. &nbsp;Maps of the Glenwood area and of the Resort itself will ensure you know right where you are staying. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A lockbox is provided for self check-in so you don't have to be concerned with your arrival time. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Dusk to dawn patio lights will always be on to welcome you so you are never fumbling around in the dark. &nbsp;I will be available by phone - call or text. &nbsp;Rachel, my assistant property manager, lives only minutes away from the resort if needed. &nbsp;

#7 Casita Amore at the Catwalk, Secluded Cabin for Two

This is a secluded cabin and it was wonderful!   The seclusion part is away from the other cabins but not way back in the woods.  We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, the area is beautiful and serene.   Take your own food and cook indoors or out.  the eating choices in the area are very limited.  We will return and spread the word about this place.  Also the famous Catwalk is very close by.

We had such an amazing time here. The Casita was beautiful and clean, the surrounding areas were breathtaking, especially the night sky. Will definitely stay here again.

Had the best time in the area and at this cabin.  It was exceptionally well appointed; I was able to cook in the kitchen and enjoy coffee on the porch and the gas firepit in the evenings.  Laurie was very helpful with suggestions.
There is fishing and hiking and so much history in the surrounding areas; tons of birds and wildlife to enjoy at the Catwalk and Mogollon and Gila wilderness.  This entire property is in such a scenic spot; I can't wait to go back!

Perfect little cabin for a weekend getaway we loved every minute of our stay and the local info that was provided was so appreciated!

Absolutely Perfect!

We stayed in #7 everything about the stay was absolutely wonderful !! The first time we had ever been there and can't wait to go back ,already planning to go again soon .
