In the heart of the unspoiled coastline of South Finistère, between Concarneau and Pont-Aven, 15 minutes by car, you will be surrounded by hiking trails while being 500m from Kersidan beach, with its fine sand and turquoise waters (10 minutes on foot) and Dourveil beach for surfers!
 The property, on enclosed grounds, features a heated swimming pool, a tennis court, a futsal pitch, a mini-golf course, a barbecue and a terrace.
 A real private holiday club!
 With a capacity of 4 bedrooms for 12 people, this beach house is perfect for a stay with family or friends. The house is classified as "Furnished Tourist Accommodation 2*" for 10 people.
 It has a living room with a seating area, a kitchen area and a dining area.
 Of course, all the amenities are provided for a pleasant stay: internet, television, DVD & CD player, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is also a small laundry room with a washing machine.
 There are four bedrooms: one double bedroom with a queen-size bed and a dormitory with six single (bunk) beds on the ground floor; upstairs, two double bedrooms, one of which has a travel cot for a baby. The house sleeps 12 but is ideal for 10 people.
You have the entire property at your disposal, with all its amenities (swimming pool, tennis, futsal, mini-golf) on over 4000m2 of enclosed land, 500m from the beach.

 You'll be on holiday both by the sea and in the countryside!
 The heated swimming pool is available from May to September with the possibility of opening from Easter and even until All Saints' Day depending on the weather.
 When it is a booking for a weekend, the departure time is pushed back to 3pm on Sunday (10am departure only for bookings from Saturday to Saturday).
A liability waiver is required from the tenant, releasing the owner from all responsibility in case of an accident on the property.
 Bed linen, bath linen and kitchen linen are not provided.

Le Petit Baradoz - Swimming pool, tennis and beach 500m away

Le petit baradoz tient ses promesses : notre projet était de trouver un espace pour que 3 générations puissent se retrouver (10 voyageurs entre grands parents, parents et enfants…). La maison bien agencée, pratique, permet de s’installer agréablement. La cuisine centrale ne coupe pas les liens du cuisinier avec le reste de la famille et le repas se partage en intérieur ou en extérieur sur l’une des 2 terrasses. La piscine (chauffée), le court de tennis et le terrain de foot, le mini-golf sont les activités du petit baradoz… et c’est une vraie chance d’avoir ces activités pour permettre aux enfants de jouer en totale liberté dans sans s’inquiéter ! L’environnement est très calme, la plage à quelques centaines de mètres, le site est très nature, ressourçant, confortable et presque… spirituel ! Bref une pépite pour passer de bonnes vacances !
