Welcome to Le Petit Bijou located on the east facing edge of Quaco Zimmerman on beautiful St. John. This newly constructed Caribbean villa is Coral Bay’s newest gem. Le Petit Bijou is a St. John retreat designed for one or two, perfectly appointed for guests desiring panoramic sunrise to moonrise views, luxurious touches and simple pleasures, with easy island-road access. 
Constant trade wind breezes and the sound of the surf can be heard from anywhere in the house. Le Petit Bijou is situated on the lower level of the villa (the upper level living quarters are used by the owners, who are never in residence when the villa is rented). Native stone steps lead you to your private entrance, king en-suite and separate living, kitchen and dining area connected by a covered breezeway and balcony. The living area has a special treat -- a large, original, wall mural by local artists from Sloop Jones Studio. In addition, located on the upper level of the villa, enjoy the expansive 1200 square foot private patio and pool all to yourself — designed for covered patio lounging, sunbathing poolside, stargazing or full moon picnic. This patio area is the perfect setting to treat yourself to an outdoor massage overlooking the Caribbean blue waters of St. John’s East End and the British Virgin Islands. All the simple pleasures are at your fingertips... wifi, cable TV, full kitchen, UV filtered water throughout, outdoor grill, beach chairs, pool use towels, beach towels, beach coolers, beach umbrella, beach bag, snorkel gear, bedside reading lights, games, indoor and outdoor dining options, air conditioning, washer/dryer and whole house back-up generator in case of power outages. The villa is located a short car ride from some of the world's most beautiful, sandy beaches as well as casual and fine dining. LOVED IT!!!

Le Petit Bijou is a birder's paradise. We noted on arrival that we probably would see lots of birds on the property and we were not disappointed. We were met by the host who took us across the island to the house. The place was clean and pleasant. The laundry was convenient. We had a great view of Coral Bay that was marred only by a power line, but even that proved to be a benefit when we witnessed a fight between kestrels on one line and spotted a smooth-billed ani on another.

A Birder's Paradise

This property is truly incredible. The views from every room are truly breathtaking—even including the shower! It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed as well. The provided snorkel gear was great to have so that we didn’t have to worry about renting or bringing our own. Having laundry onsite was also a great bonus.Staying in Coral Bay was also very nice as it was much quieter and laid back. We definitely felt it was worth being a bit farther from most of the restaurants and such to have the easygoing feel of that side of the island. There are still some great restaurants close too! The property managers, Dena and Trevor were so very kind and helpful as well. They definitely go above and beyond and the owners are lucky to have them!

A Beautiful Place

We loved everything about this wonderful place. There are stunning views of the sea and other islands from both rooms and the multiple outdoor decks. The unit was clean, comfortable, and attractively decorated. We had access to every amenity we could have wished for - well-stocked kitchen, laundry, and bath, plus beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling equipment, bug spray, pool noodles. They thought of everything! There is back-up solar power and a generator so the island's frequent blackouts did not affect us. Wifi and smart TV were dependable. The managers were friendly, accessible and helpful, and kept in touch with us throughout our week there. We so enjoyed sitting on the quiet, private upper deck feeling the sea breeze and dipping in the pool that we had to tear ourselves away to go see the rest of the island. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
