C'était notre troisième séjour dans ce bel appartement et encore une fois nous étions vraiment très satisfaits !
L'appartement est parfait, bien situé et équipé de tout le confort. Laurent est un propriétaire très attentif et l'assistance de Mme Paula a été impeccable !

Super Sejour!!

Beautiful large well equipped apartment with lift access on the 5th floor. Two bathrooms & a separate toilet. With 6 of us this worked very well. Our contact lady Paula was great and helped us when asked.

Fabulous apartment in Le Marais

My two sisters and I stayed at the apartment for a week in September 2024. The location on the right bank is in a residential area on a busy boulevard. Paula, who cleans and transferred the keys to the apartment, was lovely, in spite of our arrival being delayed at the airport. When the clothes washer stopped working one night, Paula was at the apartment within 5 minutes. (She lives around the corner from the apartment!) She resolved the problem very quickly. Paula is outstanding in her welcome and her response to issues. In spite of two bedrooms facing on the boulevard, the apartment is extremely quiet. The apartment is exactly as described on the website. Two of the bedrooms are a good size, the third is slightly smaller. All had good clothes storage. Each room has its own remote-controlled AC and heat. The elevator is small (as in all older Parisian buildings), but it works very reliably. The kitchen is small but well fitted and had everything we needed for our stay. The building has external and internal security, which provided us with a sense of safety. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for your next stay in Paris.

Lovely place to stay in Paris

The apartment is not as you see on the photos, it's much more then that! It is a really nice place where you can actually live in it, equipped with much more then you may think to need (for ex. toiletries are great, welcoming gift also, plenty of cups, different glasses, wash&dryer, dyson, great mattresses, bed linen, plenty of towels and much much more). We were staying in the end Od December and the heating worked perfectly. Location is very nice and safe. Paula is kind, helpful and always available - she makes you feel cuddled during your stay. Our family of 6 had a great stay and we highly recommend this apartment! (the only thing missing were the slippers 😊)

Great location. Very comfortable. Great to have a kitchen and a clothes washer.
