Pricing and Room Information
<ul><li>The base price for the rental is for 2 guests, and will include your bedroom of choice. After 2 guests, each additional guest is $25 per night. This is to help keep the costs down if you will not need to utilize all of the bedrooms.&nbsp;</li><li>A discount per night is automatically calculated for stays longer than one evening. There is also a discounted rate for 7+ consecutive day stays.&nbsp;</li><li>There are two Queen Bed sets, A Full Bed, Twin Bed, a Sectional Sofa able to comfortably accomodate two guests, as well as an additional sofa in the Parlor and Speakeasy rooms. Additional bedding/pillows can be found in the living room cabinet for use on the sofas.&nbsp;</li><li>Prices are also subject to a 3% Credit Card Processing Fee, and all applicable state and local taxes.&nbsp;</li><li>A $200 security deposit for any damages of property will be placed as a hold on the payment method used, and returned after your stay.&nbsp;</li><li>***Please note, on the property there is a small private apartment suite that is occasionally occupied by friends/family of the property owners. This suite is off-limits to guests, and&nbsp;is only accessible through a private entrance along Coover Street and labeled “4 E Coover Street”.&nbsp;Privacy is fully respected, and&nbsp;you will have full exclusive access to all amenities inside and out of the Air BNB.&nbsp;</li></ul>

Market Street Manor - Victorian Getaway + Hot Tub

This house is STUNNING. Sparkling clean, beautifully updated and equipped historic Victorian home. The decor is beautifully done, comfortable beds, linens. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking though we did not do so. For families there are two queen bedrooms upstairs, one connects with a twin bedroom which is great if you have young kids. The master bedroom and bath was beautiful but it worked better for us to be closer to our toddler upstairs. My husband loved using the hot tub and my daughter enjoyed the ice Rakestraws just across the street. The neighborhood is very historic and walkable. Really recommend a stay in this unique place!
