We don’t allow any pets or smoking on the property due to other’s allergies and the possibility of ruining the home. Charges start at $100 fee per occurrence or replacing things is more than $100, this fee and then some will be added to your charges.

Nice stay in a little cabin about a half hour from Zion. Dogs welcome which is nice. The host also offered local suggestions and made sure we felt at home.

We had a great stay at Mercedes's adorable home. Located on a quiet cul-du-sac , it was a short drive to the Peoria Civic Center where we were attending a national ice skating competition. Clean, comfortable and cozy. The beds all had memory foam mattresses that we all found to be great. It's a older house which we found quite charming. Mercedes was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We had a short but enjoyable stay at this location.
