Please note: Renter's will be required to send a photo of their State ID to the host 24 Hrs after booking. This is required by condominium security for entrance onto the property.&nbsp;
If any renters violate any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and will also forfeit any rental funds if asked to leave before check out date.&nbsp;
Renter may also incur additional charges for damages.&nbsp;
 No parties.
No smoking inside the home.
No noise starting at Quiet hours starting at 10pm.&nbsp;
Any noise complaints will be addressed and if continued renter will be asked to leave and forfeit their rental funds.&nbsp;
Any person other than renter and person on guest list are not allowed to sleep in the apartment. If rule is broken renter will be charged an additional $80 fee per night stay.
 Owner is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
 All guest must acknowledge that booking a reservation constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between host and guest.&nbsp;

Lovely place, close to the beach. have all amenities. You can easily get an uber to many places you plan to visit. Walkable distance to restaurants. Less than 10-12 mins from the airport. I will recommend this place and will stay here again if I come back to PR

Highly recommend Abby’s Mi Casita! From start to finish, the hosts made everything so easy with their proactive communication. The Airbnb itself was beautiful and felt incredibly welcoming. They really thought of every detail to make us feel at home. We loved being steps away from the beach and having great local dining options right at our doorstep. The pool was such a nice perk for relaxing in the afternoons. It’s also perfectly situated for exploring San Juan is just a short drive or Uber away. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

We love this place. It is in great location in Isla Verde and so many things are walkable. Best.. Beach is across the street! The apt. was lovely and well appointed. Very clean and cute! Abby was always ready to answer our questions but we did not have many because everything was well explained. Can wait to return and highly recommend!
