 Mi casita es su casita so we ask that you treat it as such, your home.
Please note: Renter's will be required to send a photo of their State ID to the host 24 Hrs after booking. This is required by condominium security for entrance onto the property.&nbsp;
If any renters violate any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and will also forfeit any rental funds if asked to leave before check out date.&nbsp;
Renter may also incur additional charges for damages.&nbsp;
 No parties.
No smoking inside the home.
No noise starting at Quiet hours starting at 10pm.&nbsp;
Any noise complaints will be addressed and if continued renter will be asked to leave and forfeit their rental funds.&nbsp;
Any person other than renter and person on guest list are not allowed to sleep in the apartment. If rule is broken renter will be charged an additional $80 fee per night stay.
 Owner is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
 All guest must acknowledge that booking a reservation constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between host and guest.&nbsp;

Mi Casita Isla Verde w/ Pool & Free Parking

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mi Casita truly felt like our home away from home! From the moment we arrived, we could tell how much thought, love, and care Abby and her family put into this beautiful space. It was incredibly clean, cozy, organized, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. Honestly, the organization alone inspired me! The location in Isla Verde was perfect—close to the beach, great food, and everything we wanted to experience during our trip. After spending our days exploring Puerto Rico, it was such a great feeling coming back to a peaceful, comfortable, and welcoming place. Abby also communicated with me so well from beginning to end, especially regarding the water issue. She kept me informed, was responsive and transparent, and handled everything with such care and professionalism. Her communication made us feel supported and reassured throughout our stay. This was by far one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. 🇵🇷❤️

My stay at Mi Casita was amazing, 5 stars is not enough! Abby’s “Mi Casita” was literally a home away from our home, it has everything you can think of! Abby is extremely thoughtful of her guests, as this Airbnb has everything you need to go to the beach, hang out in the pool downstairs, and enjoy your stay. We enjoyed this place so much, and will be booking again with Abby!
