Kingsgate Lakehouse | Hot Tub & Private Dock

What a charming house and beautiful property! Loved the living room ceiling and archway accents. The beds were comfortable and the rooms nicely furnished. We thoroughly enjoyed hanging out on the back porch, at the dock and in the water, kayaking, playing the outdoor games and exploring the nearby campground walking paths with our furry companion.

Beautiful property and comfortable beds

It was the perfect place for a family reunion. Even though it rained a lot, kids were able to play games, hide and seek. We swam, kayaked and reconnected with our family that is spread out across Canada. The two houses proved to be ideal for our family who have very different daily schedules. Kids were able to "visit" each other -- such an adventure!

Perfect for a family reunion

My friends and I had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful historical home located in the heart of Delta. The property provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay including kayaks, a canoe and pedal boat to enjoy water activities. Michael was very responsive and provided clear communication when we reached out. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a cottage with water access for large groups.
