Molivu Homes 1BR | New Build | Pet Friendly | W/D

My stay at Vic's place was very quiet and peaceful. It was great to not have to stress about parking since the driveway is right in front of your gate entrance. The inside was clean and organized. Although it seemed somewhat small at first, it actually is set up nicely and creates great space for you throughout your stay. The "living room" is set off of the kitchen in it's own space with a desk, couch and TV (a 2nd bedroom turned into usable living space). The bedroom is large and bed is comfy and has ample space - not cramped at all. The bathroom was clean and shower was inviting.
The kitchen has pretty much all you need. The appliances took a bit of time to figure out (although Vic provides videos for how to operate) - they are all small versions of things but work great once figured out... Best part is that Vic and Mod are extremely responsive, helpful and available if you need them. They want to assure your stay is perfect. I already booked my next stay there!

My stay at Vic's place was very quiet and peaceful.

Vic’s Airbnb was a great place to stay for our weekend trip to the Bay Area! Very clean and as pictured/described in the listing. I appreciated that we had clear instructions and a designated parking space.

Vic’s Airbnb was a great place

Such a cute and cozy unit with so many thoughtful touches—from extra fuzzy blankets to a spare monitor + hdmi cable (which made remote working within the unit much easier); I felt so at home. The designated parking space in the driveway was really convenient and the kitchen was well stocked, including an air fryer (which made reheating leftovers such a breeze).
Note that you will be entering the unit through the side gate/yard and the next door neighbor’s dog will bark quite a bit when you do—this was surprising initially but was easy to adjust to! Overall a wonderful and welcoming unit and Vic and Mod are very responsive hosts, I really enjoyed my stay!
