TERRACE HOUSE * 2 Bdr - 1ba - Aircon - metro

The apartment was a great size for my friend and I, the location is spot on with the previous reviews. 8min walk to the metro and close by the local shops...about a 12min walk to the larger market but there are smaller markets and eateries even closer if you prefer that. (take your own bags for the market)The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet which made sleep very easy after spending all day trekking through Paris.The apartment was spotless when we checked in, you can tell the place is regularly taken care of.I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if the opportunity presented itself and I would definitely recommend Gildas’s home for future guests.

This place was great! Gildas was a super easy host to work with and communicate with. 

Apartamentul unde am stat e extrem de curat, cu mobilă modernă, bucătărie dotată cu tot ce e necesar. Statiile de metrou și de autobuz sunt în apropiere și se ajunge repede în centru. Există magazine, pizzerie în apropiere și un hipermarket la o stație de metrou distanță.Comunicarea cu gazda a decurs facil, ne-a oferit toate informațiile necesare. Ne-am simțit foarte bine. Un singur inconvenient, în anunț scrie că sunt 5 paturi iar noi am găsit doar 4.

Cazarea se află într-o zonă extrem de liniștită și plăcută. 

Booking and communication were hassle free, and being met on our first day to welcome us was appreciated for our first trip to Paris. The apartment is in a quiet street but easy walking distance to the metro and local restaurants. The kitchen facilities allowed us to prepare a few meals and save some money for more sightseeing in Paris. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable, it was very relaxing for a family of four. If we have the opportunity to return to Paris we would definitely ask to stay at your apartment again. Excellent value for money.

First of all, he will confirm the airport and arrival time with you, and give you check-in advice. Someone will meet and explain how to use the room, such as how to lock the door and where the tableware is located.  In the middle of the night when the power went out, Gildas also quickly helped us restore the power, thank you very much!  The kitchen is very new and clean. The pots, dishes, washing machine, coffee machine, and all appliances are new and in working order. I hope future tenants will cherish all of this.  If there is a group of more than 5 people, I really recommend this place with convenient transportation and great value for money!Moreover if you come back late, you can just sleep on the sofa in the living room! And don’t worry about bothering your friends. Highly recommend!!
