Welcome to the River Side Cottage in Charlevoix! This is our special place to make memories and enjoy this incredible area and we hope it becomes yours as well. Originally built between 1906 and 1911 this historical cottage was completely renovated in 2023. Lake Michigan only a few hundred feet away. Just minutes away from the boutique shops, amazing restaurants and some fudge in downtown Charlevoix. You can wave to the passengers on the Beaver Islander from the front porch! Plenty of parking available in the driveway or out front in the city parking spaces. All of downtown is within walking distance.

We loved all of it!

A great home for our annual family vacation. Room for everyone. We loved the front porch! Very easy to walk everywhere, downtown to shop or out on the pier to catch the sunset. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. The beds were very comfortable. Thank you for sharing your home!

We could not have been happier with our stay at Pine River Lane. The home was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. Also a very spacious home, so perfect for two families. Our host was great at checking in, and readily available. The location can’t be beat with walking distance to downtown, steps to the beach, and a short drive to skiing. We are already looking forward to a return stay during the warmer months.
