Townhouse 300 meters from Burriana beach and 15 minutes walk from the famous Balcon de Europa. It consists of two floors; upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, and downstairs there is a living room, kitchen, toilet, and terrace with direct access to the garden and communal pool. There is a lovely rooftop terrace with sea and mountain views, a shower, armchairs, and a table. There is a master bedroom with a large bed, TV, and air conditioning. The second bedroom has 2 beds and air conditioning. The living room is equipped with a comfortable dining table for 4 people, a sofa, armchairs and a smart TV with many channels in different languages. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.
This house is ideal if you like to enjoy the sun on the rooftop with sun loungers and a shower to cool off.

Vi är så nöjda med vårt boende och skulle inte tveka på att boka igen om återvänder till Nerja. Det var en perfekt utgångspunkt för våra utflykter och det var aldrig något problem att hitta parkering nära. Nära till stranden och perfekt gångavstånd till centrum. Takterassen var härlig. Med utsikt över både berg och hav blev det en fantastisk plats att se solen gå upp och äta frukost på. Jättesnabb och smidig kommunikation med Encarni. Vi är bara supernöjda med allt!

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Encarni’s house. The views were incredible from the roof top, had a view of both ocean and mountains. Most things were provided and anything else we needed was provided immediately. Location was amazing. 5 minute walk to gorgeous beach and 10 minute walk to balcony and many incredible restaurants. Thank you Encarni for making our stay in Nerja very comfortable. Cannot wait to come back.

Bien equipada, bonita casa en una ubicacion privilegiada. Muy centrico y muy tranquilo. Cerca de la playa, el casco antiguo, restaurantes, tiendas, etc... Muy recomendable
