The residental complex was built in 2022 and has a sleek and modern appearance. In the back yard, there is a fantastic pool with outdoor showe. Here, one can enjoy lazy days in the sun in peaceful surroundings all year-round. Free parking is available on the street and in the community's parking spaces.
The house features a Scandinavian design with an open floor plan and modern architectural elements. The entrance is on the first floor (ground level), and accommodates two spacious and bright bedrooms with double beds, electronic blackout blinds, and air conditioning. One bedroom has a private access to a large terrace with lemon trees and lounge furnitures, while the other bedroom has a private exit to a smaller terrace.&nbsp;Both bedrooms have their own private, spacious bathroom with toilet and shower.
On the second floor, you will find the kitchen, living room, and another bathroom with a toilet and a washing machine. The kitchen is of high standard, equipped with quality appliances and facilities such as a fridge, microwave,&nbsp;freezer, oven, dishwasher, induction hob, kettle, toaster, and a coffee machine. There is also a dining area for 6 people in the kitchen.
The living room features a comfortable bed sofa,&nbsp;blackout curtains coffee table, and a Smart TV. You have direct access to the south-facing balcony from the living room, which is furnished with a sitting group for 6 people - a perfect spot for your morning coffee! From this balcony, there is a staircase leading up to the third floor where you'll find a breathtaking rooftop terrace of 35 square meters. Here, you can enjoy panoramic views of the sea and mountains, along with sunlight from morning until evening. The terrace is furnished with a lounge area, sun beds and a dining table for up to 8 people. It is also equipped with an outdoor kitchen with running water and a refrigerator, and a gas grill.&nbsp;

One bedroom has a private access to a large terrace with lemon trees and lounge furnitures, while the other bedroom has a private exit to a smaller terrace. Terraces/balcony There’s a breathtaking rooftop terrace of 35 square meters. The terrace is furnished with a lounge area, sun beds&nbsp;and a dining table for up to 8 people. It is also equipped with an outdoor kitchen with running water and a refrigerator, and a gas grill. The balcony is furnished with a sitting group for 6 people. There is also a larger courtyard terrace on the other side of the house with lemon trees and lounge furniture.
Facing/sun The balcony is facing south, the courtyard terrace is facing north, and the rooftop terrace is facing south, east, west and north.
Views Views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Sierra Almijara mountain range.
Swimming pool Commuity pool equipped with outdoor showers. Open all year.&nbsp;The pool is not heated.
Parking Free parking is available on the street and in the community's parking spaces.
Area 1,2 km to Burriana beach, 1,3 km to Balcon de Europa, 300 meters to supermarket (Carrefour), 200 meters to public transport, 350 meters to tennis- and padel courts, and 350 meters to the Tuesday market.
Security The house is enclosed by a gate.
Other The jacuzzi on the rooftop is not available. The house has 4 floors including the basement.&nbsp; There is no elevator in the building.&nbsp; Waterborne underfloor heating in all rooms during winter.&nbsp; Iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, drying rack are available. 

This rental is managed by us on behalf of the owner. The rental contract is made directly with the registered property owner, who is the tax-responsible party in Spain.

Beautiful luxurious house with a rooftop terrace and pool

La gestiòn rápida y efectiva.
La casa es tal cual las fotos está nueva, con una bonita decoración y todas las comodidades necesarias, aunque tiene bastantes escaleras.
La climatizaciòn, ideal.
Las terrazas muy còmodas y buenas vistas, lo único es que la bombona parrilla de gas estaba vacía. 
Menaje necesario, toallas, plancha, secador, tendal…
Garaje grande: 2 coches o 1 furgoneta, con acceso por el interior a la casa.
La piscina de la urbanizaciòn, con jacuzzi limpia y buen acceso, a pocos metros de la casa.
