A villa unlike any other!! BEAUTIFULLY UPDATED 2,150 sq ftw/ Venetian plaster walls, granite counters, marble floors, dark walnut wood, intricate lighting and gorgeous ocean view. Located on Medano beach, private and swimmable! These are owned units which make the resort much more quiet and peaceful. There are nearly a dozen restaurants at the three sister resorts along with a mini grocery store for necessities. Truly is a place you will want to come back to again and again!

There is a master suite with a king size bed, five-piece bathroom, jacuzzi tub, his/her sinks, and sliding doors to the patio. The second bedroom has two queen beds and a full bathroom. All bathrooms have marble floors and granite counters. All of the bedrooms have a TV and there is a Roku available for smart TV apps.
The kitchen has an upgraded custom granite counter top bar along with all the appliances needed for home cooking - stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator. Other appliances include coffee maker, blender and full size pantry. The granite dining table is fit for a party of six. There is also a washer and dryer located off the kitchen for laundry. **The water is filtered and drinkable at La Estancia
The family room has a sofa bed along with two leather chairs and a TV. The dining table is large and seats six people. There is also a bathroom with shower located off the family room.
The expansive patio has another granite dining table, lay-down beach chairs and a Weber grill. There is also an ice machine located under the sink on the patio. 
Note: the sofa bed is 60"x72" in diameter. This is a little small for an adult but great for younger children.
A personal concierge is available to guests prior to and during their stay. The concierge will arrange dinner reservations, excursions, and even shop for groceries! Extra charge for shopping and groceries.
The resort guests are offered all of the amenities of a 5 star resort, including: 24 hour front desk service & security, concierge, tour desk for excursions, maid service & amenities, room service for charge, multiple restaurants on site and next door, a business and fitness center, tennis courts, a beautiful pool and beachfront swimming area, and ocean view hot tubs. Villa 3307 - Exquisitely Finished 2b/3b

This was our 3rd stay in Matt’s condo, we have also stayed in his 3 bedroom; and this was our 5th stay at Villa La Estancia. The condo is so well equipped & comfortable. Fantastic views, close to the elevator & pool, and restaurant. This property is so well managed, by the owner & site staff it really makes the stay a perfect choice. We love this resort and look forward to booking with Matt again. We love Cabo and thank you Matt for sharing your beautiful vacation home with us!!

Wonderful Property!

Matt was a very wonderful host. He was very attentive always got back to me right away. I appreciated an actual phone call also and he even answered his phone. Armondo his concierge was very respectful and diligent. The state was lovely. The room was very pleasant. I appreciated the detergent and the bounce in the laundry room. The resort was immaculately taken care of and the staff very attentive. Definitely a five star review.

This is a very nice, well appointed condo. The pictures do not fully convey how nice and spacious this property is. We were very pleased.

Very Nice

This villa is well appointed and has easy access to the upper pool. Matt made the booking process a breeze, sent all of our confirmation information quickly and checked in after our stay to make sure everything was great. I would recommend this villa based solely on the easy of booking. However, the property is very nice and was perfect for our family of four!

Another great trip!

We had an amazing time at Matt’s villa. The resort is very clean: impeccable grounds and the pool. The staff is extremely friendly and eager to please. The restaurant  has great food. The villa itself is spectacular. Very spacious and modern. The terrace has lounge chairs and a table for dining and runs alongside the whole villa. The view of the sea from the villa is amazing. Medano beach is just steps away. 10 min to marina and downtown and 15 min to the arch by water taxi. Great location! We really enjoyed our time and will be returning.
