<p>The neighbors are mostly a more mature crowd and to be candid the complex is not well suited to loud parties.  On the other hand, if you prefer a secluded spot to relax and enjoy the scenery, then look no further.</p>

Palm Springs Hideaway

The first two words that came to mind, and were reinforced throughout our stay, were "First Class." We totally enjoyed every minute of our stay and our host's diligence in getting the place ready for us was obvious. Everything was fresh, crisp, clean and much of it brand new. Cupboards were stocked with every utensils, dishes, appliances we could have wanted. The fridge/freezer is very roomy and cold, and produces plenty of ice cubes. The dishwasher worked great, as did the washer/dryer. The bed was very comfy, the bathrooms functional, the shower great (powerful and hot!), the living room with its comfy couch and huge screen TV a great place to unwind, and the patio the perfect place to enjoy the sun, the views, and the peace of the canyon. We were already familiar with the area and we're glad to see it hadn’t lost its charm. The feel, the vibe, the groove and the view are just like we remember! We felt very safe here. Our neighbors were most gracious in ensuring we had everything we needed. We enjoyed picking lemons, oranges, and grapefruits, and we made very good use of them. The pool and hot tub were crystal clear and we found ourselves alone to use them almost for our entire stay. We'd love to come back.

First Class: Serenity in the Canyon

I stayed at this location for much of the month of April 2024.  I found the location to be exceptionally convenient being located in the Indian Canyons minutes from downtown Palm Springs.  I found it to be surprisingly quiet and secluded. If you've never been to the Indian Canyons you should definitely check it out.  The Native Peoples have lived in them for hundreds if not thousands of years. They are much of the reason that Palm Springs is located here.  A visit to the canyons and oases is well worth the price of admission.

This condominium is well maintained with everything you need, but the best thing about it is its location - right on the golf course.  I particularly enjoyed sitting out on the back patio for breakfast, with acres of green lawn in front of me with the San Jacinto mountains rising beyond and the deep blue desert sky.  Those mountains can be particularly spectacular when covered with snow or when a weather front is pushing the clouds over their summits.
