Amazing base camp for The Rut

We stayed here for The Rut Race in September and couldn't have asked for a better location. The unit has a perfect view of Lone Peak — hard to beat waking up to that every morning. Quick, easy access to the race start made race-day logistics simple, and based on the layout, I imagine it's just as convenient for ski season lift access.

The unit itself was well equipped and everything worked exactly as advertised — no surprises, no hassles. Comfortable, functional, and in a fantastic spot.

We recently stayed in Arrowhead for a spring break trip with my family. We enjoyed the ski in/ski out access, the spacious condo, and great views of Lone Peak! The kitchen had everything we needed to eat in, and the location allowed us to enjoy a lunch break from skiing. Patrice and Doug were excellent hosts, and were available to answer any questions we had, and also assisted with our luggage. We enjoyed being able to walk to the Cabin Grill, the Exchange building, and the ski rental building. We are already talking about our trip for next year! 5 stars!!!!⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

The mountain views were absolutely incredible and never got old. Doug and Patrice were wonderful hosts—always available, incredibly helpful with questions, and even assisted with luggage delivery. Overall, an exceptional stay and experience. We highly recommend this property and would absolutely return.
