This ground floor apartment has a main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in dressing room. The second bedroom has two single beds, with the second bathroom including a shower, double basin and toilet.
The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area opens up to the poolside patio, with a dining table and chairs to enjoy the magnificent ocean view. The kitchen is well equipped with an induction stove, small appliances and separate scullery with dishwasher. A smart TV with TV channels and wi-fi throughout complete the living room set-up. The unit has a large terrace and direct access to the garden and the shared pool and sundeck.
The unit has an off-street private parking behind the building.
Vila Inanda is a contemporary new building with four separate apartments located in a tranquil setting on the sunny south side of the island. It has been designed to maximise the magnificent ocean views from every room, while offering the ultimate relaxing retreat. 
The Property is beautifully located on the hills of Ponta do Sol, the sunniest and warmest part of Madeira, with a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean. It is a comfortable 40-minute drive from the airport, and is 5 minutes by car to the quaint yet vibrant village of Ponta do Sol, where you will find restaurants, pubs, a pebble beach, supermarket, pharmacy and petrol station. Ribeira Brava and Calheta are about 15 minutes away.

Vila Inanda - Apartment 4 (Ground floor)

It was wonderful. We had a wonderful eight-night stay. The apartment is spacious and fully equipped. The facilities for our baby were also excellent. We didn't swim, but we did relax in the garden. That was also lovely, with a fantastic view.

Wonderful stay

We stayed for a week and all was as described, very spacious.
The pool is lovely and warmed up during our stay. Very well equipped albeit in IKEA style, and lovely to have plenty of towels and a bathroom each. Good shower.
 Not sure about the astroturf- felt very sterile.
Could do with some coat hooks somewhere eg utility area

Great view and very spacious

We stayed at Vila Inanda for 10 days. We never had such a complete equiped apartment before. Everything you wish for and more. Nice kitchen, double bathroom and good beds. Nice terrace. We stayed in apartment 4 next to the pool. Walk out and jump in the water. Perfect! View over the mountains and the ocean. We love it! 10 days was too short.

I like to be in Villa again.Everythings was 100% clean,new,like a picture.
Very quiet,nice area.
You have to chance see ocean and also mountines.
