Grape Shed Cottage, Oneroa | Coast and Country

This was a beautiful home in a fabulous location! We loved the flexibility of walking (via the beach) to town or driving. Excellent amenities and lots of little luxuries like the heated floor in the bathroom!The only challenge we had was that the many beautiful but delicate decorative trinkets about the house were attractive to the kids. We had to tuck breakables away and then replace them at the end of our stay to ensure no damage was done by our toddler. The kids did love the spacious back yard and friendly ducks though! 🦆

Fantastic spot to stay in Waiheke. Had everything you could need, and the hosts were extremely helpful. A short (~10 minute) walk into Oneroa - my one comment would be to be prepared for a hill on the walk into Oneroa. The house is located in a quiet area close to the beach and felt semi-rural with the grapevines around, so definitely 10/10 if you want a peaceful break away!

Fantastic spot to stay in Waiheke

Whenever we stay at an airbnb, our first thought upon checking out is 'would we stay here again?' and it would be a definite yes to the GrapeShed. House is in a handy location and fairly private with that cottage charm. Walking distance to Oneroa shops approx ten mins (with a hill). Oneroa Beach entrance just up the road. A comfy, compact & welcoming space with everything we needed. Great off-street parking. Super comfy bed! We received a delicious bottle of wine on arrival which was a lovely surprise and gave us a taste of the island. The hosting service Coast & Country (Penny) were excellent.
