Just wanted to say how appreciative I am of Kyle and Paulina for hosting us. We were in LA during the LA fires, and they went above and beyond to get us air purifiers to help keep us safe. Thank you to Kyle and Paulina for being great hosts, being extremely responsive, and for the clean and beautiful space.

Our family loved this place as it was PERFECT for my sister's 35th birthday celebration. The beds were extremely comfortable and we absolutely loved the kitchen. This place is very spacious. Such a nice backyard for lounging with the family. And we loved the front porch patio while we had coffee in the mornings. Very nice neighborhood and so peaceful! We would definitely reserve this home again as the location was great -- so close to Malibu beach and we loved that! And the hosts were very responsive!

I absolutely loved my stay at Kyle's home. House rules, instructions and directions made very clear. The home is beautifully decorated, spacious and welcoming. I was down for a Home Going Celebration for my brother-in-Love, Klye was emphatic and left a note and delicious fruit basket. There were games, and garden of Eden in the back yard. Very peaceful, thank you Kyle for sharing your home with us, hats off to Paulina 's awesome style.

Loved my stay!

I wanted to stay in the neighborhood and to have a quiet place to spend time and get work done while I was on a brief trip to LA. The house was perfect for my needs.
