From our condo, you can enjoy awe-inspiring panoramic mountain and lake views that will leave you breathless. Our newly built seasonal pool and hot tub provide a refreshing retreat where you can soak up the sun and cool off on hot summer days. You can also enjoy a delicious BBQ with your family at one of the BBQ pits on the lawn, while admiring the spectacular surroundings. If you're feeling active, our gym and basketball court are available, along with a game room where your kids can have fun and make new friends. Alternatively, you can unwind in the great room with a book from our library, get some work done in our business center, or indulge in early sunrises and evening stargazing/sunsets from the comfort of the condo's private balcony. Additionally, vending machines are located on the lower level next to the laundry room, so you can easily grab a snack or drink whenever you need it. Our condo features two comfortable queen beds, a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, air conditioning, heating, a full bathroom, a mini fridge, a microwave, and keurig coffee maker. We also provide all linens, so you can pack light and enjoy a hassle-free stay. We kindly remind you that smoking is not allowed in the condo or on the balcony. Please note that the HOA will assess a $250 fee if you smoke within 20 feet of the building. Pets are not allowed, and the HOA will assess a $200 fee for any pets.
