We speak English, Spanish, Chinese. Interaction is completely up to you. We are onsite or phone call or text away to answer any questions.
OUR NEIGHBORHOOD: 
The neighborhood approaches San Francisco’s outskirts, but this friendly community shares the same intimate vibe of its more central neighbors. It is a quiet residential area of families and many longtime San Francisco residents. Colorful homes replete with blooming gardens line Mission Terrace’s surprisingly sunny streets, and local markets and pizza parlors are more common than strip malls and national chains. Cayuga Playground park is just a few minutes walk down the street and is worth a visit. Considered to be one of San Francisco’s hidden gems. The Balboa Park transit station with BART (regional trains for the Bay Area) and MUNI (San Francisco trams and buses) is a 5 minute walk. Although it’s bounded by several transportation corridors (freeways and BART stations included) our neighborhood manages to remain quiet while providing quick easy access to energetic night time neighborhoods. Few minutes away is the Mission Street business corridor with eateries, bars, stores and services, and a Safeway grocery store. The Ocean Avenue is just beyond Balboa Park BART Station provides you access to more eateries and shops, including Whole Foods, Target, Walgreens & CVS.
DIRECTIONS:
From the SFO Airport, you have a few options if you will not have a car.
Option#1, Best is to use LYFT (Approx. $26-$28) directly to the house. It will take approx. 15 minutes with no traffic. 
Option#2 take a taxi (Approx. $35+Tips) directly to the house.
Option#3, if you will not have too much luggage then take the BART North to Balboa Park Station(approx.. $8 per person). The house is a 5 minute walk from the BART Station.
To Downtown San Francisco.
LYFT – Approximately $23-$25 to downtown. It will take 15-20 minutes depending on traffic.
Public Transport - The Balboa Park BART Station is a 5 minute walk from the studio. From The Balboa Park BART station to downtown is a 15-20 minutes.
Driving – Ramps to the 280 freeway is just a few minutes drive and a 15 minute drive to downtown San Francisco.
Public Transit or Freeways are easily accessible and very convenient and can take you to San Francisco and most of the Bay Area.
***For your convenience we have BART schedules inside the Studio. We also provide 2 Clipper Cards for use during your stay. You can use charge money into the cards at a discounted fare for use on all public transportation in the Bay Area***
OTHER INFORMATION: 
1) The private bathroom is detached and NOT inside the bedroom. You will need to walk across hallway to access it. 2) Shoes not allowed inside bedroom. Please take off shoes before entering room 3) Shared Washer and Dryer located in laundry Area is available for guest use but it must be coordinated with host. We want our guests to love SF as much as we do! Private Room and Bath near SFO,  Balboa Park BART

Place is a fantastic and absolute bargain, especially if you plan out being out for most of the day. It's both comfy and clean, and if you work primarily on a laptop, the provided desk area is adequate.

Absolute Bargain!

Great place to stay with good value and conveniently located next to a BART train station to get you to downtown in about 20 minutes. Smooth, easy check-in in a nice area with a couple of nice parks nearby. Would definitely stay again.

Close to Transportation.

Pingping’s place was a great spot to stay. Little extra details like coffee and appliances in the room were nice. It’s also close to the airport, transit, and rental cars. We had a lovely stay!
