Casa Roth | Classic Nosara Retreat Near the Beach

Beau cartier et logement à 1 minute de la plage! Super spot!

We enjoyed our stay! This place is super close to beach and restaurants and really cute and comfortable

This place is super close to the beach and restaurants

Excellent location in the heart of Guiones and a very short walk to the beach and the "norte" surf break. The house is on a quiet road surrounded by high end rental properties and the Norte Hotel. There are a couple apartments, and a laundry room, on the property behind the house. The residents in the apartments were very friendly and respectful, and it was nice to know others were keeping and eye on the place. The house has a large open living area with kitchen and dining room in the middle of the house for everyone to gather, with bedrooms on each side, including a very a large master suite. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit, providing a place to cool off and great sleep. The host was very responsive to the few questions we had. Would stay here again.

Excellent location in the heart of Guiones

Perfect Location. Main living area has no AC but bedrooms do. Great communication.

Perfect Location.

Rent Nosara was great to work with. They were very helpful and quick to respond if we had questions. Casa Roth was a beautiful home in a sweet location. We could walk to the beach and nice local restaurants. It was a wonderful stay!
