Both villas are bright, airy, and thoughtfully designed with a mix of modern comfort and tropical charm. Each has a fully equipped kitchen, open-plan living area, and air conditioning throughout. With multiple sleeping arrangements, Villa Mona accommodates large families or groups with ease.

HOW TO BOOK YOUR STAY
Villa Mona offers flexibility for any group size—rent one home for up to 7 or 9&nbsp;guests; or reserve both for a full retreat of up to 16. With its privacy, comfort, and lush surroundings, Villa Mona is the perfect base for families, friends, or retreats looking to experience the best of Nosara.
CONSTRUCTION NOTICE New construction just started in the neighborhood, so keep in mind noise levels may be higher. Work typically occurs during daytime hours, from 7AM to 5PM. Thank you for your understanding as the neighborhood continues to grow.
LOCAL QUIRKS | WHAT TO EXPECT
Life in Nosara is relaxed and full of charm — but it comes with a few quirks! You may experience dust, bugs, or brief power, water, or internet outages. Construction noise is also possible between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. as the area continues to grow.
If reliable internet is essential, consider adding a mobile data plan. Please note that local septic systems don’t allow toilet paper to be flushed — bins are provided.
These are normal aspects of life in Costa Rica and outside our control, so refunds aren’t offered for such occurrences.
SAFETY & CANCELLATION
While we honor our cancellation policy, processing fees are non-refundable for guest-initiated cancellations.
Petty theft can occur, so please keep doors locked, valuables secured, and use alarms or security bars when available. A private guard can be arranged upon request.
Even with precautions, theft can happen. Rent Nosara, the homeowner, and the property manager cannot be held responsible for lost items.

Hermoso lugar!!!

Two very convenient houses to rent for a large group. Everyone was able to find their place easily. Although a bit secluded, you can still easily find things to do in the area.
