The Bend&nbsp;is spacious retreat that boasts 1.2 acres with almost 600 feet of shore line - perfect for fishing,&nbsp;swimming, or relaxing in the sun on the top level of the 2-story dock.&nbsp;&nbsp;The Bend is located in a safe and quiet&nbsp;neighborhood with a gentle slope to the water with the minimal steps to the lake.&nbsp; Walkable to Bo's at Indian River Marina for great food, drinks, and entertainment!&nbsp; Bonus:&nbsp; plenty of parking for cars/trucks and a boat trailer!&nbsp;&nbsp; The Bend features a spacious layout designed to accommodate up to 13 guests comfortably.&nbsp; The interior is tastefully appointed with rustic-cabin inspired decor, creating a soothing ambiance that reflects the essence of lake life.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Unwind in the cozy living room, equipped with plush seating and a flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The main house boasts 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with showers/tubs and sleeps 10 comfortably in three king beds and&nbsp;two queen beds.&nbsp;&nbsp;The large finished basement is ideal for&nbsp;ready for hours of fun and is&nbsp;a perfect retreat for kids and adults&nbsp;alike.&nbsp; With a spacious, open layout, there’s plenty of room for a variety of activities!&nbsp;&nbsp;Durable flooring, bright lighting, and easy access from the deck and&nbsp;main living area makes this a practical and welcoming area for everyone.

The flex space, known as The Bend Bungalow is the perfect space to spread out.&nbsp; Accessible via a spiral staircase in the kitchen, The Bend Bungalow offers an additional 6th bedroom with 3 twin beds, a full kitchen and bathroom, and a second&nbsp;washer/dryer.&nbsp; Conveniently accessible via the spacious deck, The Bend Bungalow is a great space to utilize for fun days on the water.&nbsp; &nbsp;Please note:&nbsp; the Bungalow is a converted basement so the ceiling height is lower than normal.&nbsp;&nbsp;It may require taller guests to duck slightly in some areas.

This waterfront rental offers the ultimate lakefront experience, complete with an expansive and well-equipped dock on the main channel of Big Creek,&nbsp;designed for both relaxation and adventure. The covered boat slip is available for guests May to October but unavailable for guest use from November to April.&nbsp; However,&nbsp;on either side of the slip, 30’ tie-offs provide secure docking options for additional watercraft or larger boats.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;
The dock features a spacious two-level design, perfect for making the most of lake life. The lower deck, measuring 14’ x 30’, is ideal for fishing, swimming, or simply lounging by the water. Just above, the upper sun deck, approximately 15’ x 30’, offers a private retreat for sunbathing, entertaining, or taking in breathtaking sunset views over the lake.&nbsp;&nbsp;Whether you're an avid boater or just looking for a peaceful getaway, this dock provides the perfect space to enjoy the water in style.

The Bend at Big Creek (Jacksboro, TN)

I booked this house for a solo writing retreat, so I knew it was way bigger than I needed—but it turned out to be just what I was looking for. The second-level porch, the privacy, the view, and the quiet were my favorite parts! And exactly what I needed to recharge and get work done.

The house itself is clean, comfortable, and decorated so nicely. I could definitely see a family or large group having the best time here enjoying the space and the lake. Communication was great and everything was easy from start to finish.

Peaceful Retreat by the Lake

I spent a wonderful time at The Bend at Big Creek with my adult children and their significant others. 8 adults in total. We all had an amazing time. Great location close to marina and town. The house was beautiful, very spacious and clean. The dock was awesome and where we spent most of our time swimming and relaxing. I would highly recommend and we definitely will be back.

This was the perfect place to reconnect with old friends and have a great weekend on the lake! This property is spacious so our three families felt like we had our own individual areas. The 2 story dock is where we spent the majority of our time. It’s an awesome spot to hang out and see the activity on the water. The house is at a great spot close to the marina. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. This property would be great for families or a couples trip! Highly recommend.
