Lounge in the spacious living room and take in the gorgeous floor to ceiling views of the lagoon and the ever changing coastal weather of Tassie. The property has three bedrooms, two queens and a single bed, a separate lounge, open plan kitchen and dining area plus a large outdoor entertainment area with BBQ. The outdoor BBQ and alfresco dining table are undercover so you can enjoy outdoor living in all weather. The back garden also has a charming lawn and fire pit. On the other side of the house, the front deck is sun drenched and furnished, with charming views of Pipeclay Lagoon. The home is beautifully furnished and well equipped, with a rich history (you can read about his in the handbook at the property!). Within walking distance is the local beach, play park, bowls club, and outdoor gym on the waterfront. There are two bathrooms in the property - one bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity. There is also a separate toilet and separate shower. The bathrooms are off the laundry room, which is fully equipped with a separate washer and dryer.

A special place to rest and relax!

We loved this beach house! It is very serene and peaceful. The inside was like the photos, clean, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen had all the basics. Having two toilets and two showers was great. The backyard and outdoor area area beautiful. Unfortunately, while we were staying there, it was cold, so we didn't sit outside much. The front deck has a beautiful view of the bay. The bay is literally across the road. The house provides 4 small canoes which was a great plus. My husband and kids took the canoes out on the bay and loved it. We walked to and from the beach. Hobart is 30 minutes away, so not too far. Would stay here again if we ever come back to Tasmania.

The accommodation was just as described, the contact with the landlords was friendly and helpful. Tasmania is worth a trip and with such a beautiful place to stay a special experience. We will be happy to come back.

Lovely house and well presented. Love how close it is to the water. So peaceful. Easy and seamless check-in. Definitely recommend. The beach was incredible. We will be back.
