This 14-acre vacation resort has all of the amenities you would expect including a large gated pool with lounge chairs, adult hot-tub, children's pool and hot-tub, gym, covered and free-to-use&nbsp;gas grills, and four tennis courts.&nbsp; Our Maui condo is located on the ground floor&nbsp;in Building 10 and&nbsp;are some of closest units to the beach with partial ocean and sunset views from the lanai (porch in Hawaiian). Directly across the street is&nbsp;Kamaole Sands Beach Park III, a safe and&nbsp;scenic grassy park overlooking a&nbsp;picturesque beach perfect for swimming, snorkeling and sunbathing.&nbsp; Guests are able to take advantage of easy access to Wailea, home of exclusive shopping&nbsp;and&nbsp;world-class golf courses, and&nbsp;beachfront walking paths that extend the length of Wailea overlooking the prettiest beaches on Maui. The condo is also just a&nbsp;short walk to local restaurants with fresh catches of the day, fantastic lunches spots,&nbsp;shopping, groceries, water sport rentals, scooter rentals, and Maui's&nbsp;famous cinnamon rolls.&nbsp;Other amazing amenities include&nbsp;diving, whale watching, boat rentals,&nbsp;and&nbsp;snorkeling excursions to Molokini Crater that launch directly from the&nbsp;Kihei Boat Ramp just a 2-minute walk away. After a long day of relaxation or fun adventures, guests come home to a updated vacation rental featuring&nbsp;granite counters in the kitchen and bathrooms, cherry cabinets, stainless appliances, walk-in glass showers, two smart TVs, reading materials, games, Hawaii cook books, and free internet.&nbsp;The open living area has been professionally decorated aiming to provide a&nbsp;comfortable, tropical and tasteful space to relax in. Air conditioning and ceiling fans&nbsp;are located in both the main bedroom and living room for the ultimate escape from those&nbsp;extra-hot beach days. For &nbsp;our Canadian guests the internet phone in the bedroom allows unlimited free calls to Canada, excluding the northern territories. You will have exclusive use of parking space #66 which is very close to&nbsp;the condo. Upon a successful booking, bookings will be shared with our booking manager partner,&nbsp;Maui Condo. Maui Condo is responsible for sharing check-in and check-out instructions, WiFi, guest information,&nbsp;and guests needs during their stay. Due to the nature of travel, cancellations must be made within 30 days prior to occupancy in order to receive a full 100% refund including&nbsp;taxes and fees.
