In late 2020 my wife and I bought our dream property in Puglia. Our renovated home retains many original features but has been modernised internally with air-conditioning throughout. In 2024 we completed our amazing pool area and extensive works to the surrounding land. This unique antique villa is in a great location, less than 5 minutes from Ceglie Messipica and just over 10 minutes from Ostuni. This year we want to share our home with guests and hope you enjoy staying here as much as we do!

Antique Villa Rosa - 3 bed, 2 bath with pool

We have had the pleasure of staying at this charming family-owned villa in Ceglia, Italy, on several occasions. 

We have stayed in the months of June and July. Our last visit was in October 2024. Every visit has been a delightful experience. The villa itself is beautifully appointed, blending traditional Italian architecture with modern comforts.

Surrounded by lush gardens, the highlight was definitely the inviting pool, and outdoor dining areas. Both perfect for cooling off on warm afternoons and evenings. 

The location is ideal for exploring the beautiful beaches, picturesque countryside and nearby towns Ostuni being a personal favourite. 

Each evening, we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets from the terrace, creating memories that will last a lifetime.

I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a serene getaway filled with warmth, beauty, and the rich flavors of Italy. It always feels like a home away from home!

Just beautiful, so relaxing ‘home from home’

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Italian villa! The property is stunning, with a spacious pool and patio area that’s perfect for relaxing and spending time with family. The villa feels newly renovated, with comfortable beds and modern amenities, including air conditioning, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hosts were easy to communicate with and accommodating, especially since we were traveling with a 2 year old.

Its location is excellent for exploring Puglia—each nearby city has its own unique charm, and the villa served as the perfect home base. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
