Our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in the heart of Seattle. Mere minutes from Pike Place, The Space Needle and some of Seattle’s best restaurants, our home is the perfect getaway for families, business travelers and solo adventurers.
Our home has modern furnishings with a smart television in the living room and another television in the master bedroom downstairs. In this space, you will have 2 brand new king sized beds (one in each bedroom), 2 walk-in closets, 2 ensuite bathrooms, a premium sleeper sofa (it is actually comfortable!) and a memory foam floor mattress in the living room to add an extra sleeping option when needed. The kitchen is fully equipped to please any cook, and there is a washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Tall oversized windows throughout the condo provide plenty of natural light and a beautiful garden view; you will hardly know that you are in the middle of the city! This condo also has a large private balcony! Our home also includes wireless internet and 2 large electric air conditioning units.
We have one of the rare homes in downtown Seattle that is 2 stories, has 2 bedrooms and a reserved parking spot in our secure garage! The building complex has a garden courtyard with fountains, a gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, spa, large club room and a stunning roof-top deck with barbecues. There is also a secure garage parking for one car that is included in your reservation. The garage has a height limit of 7'8".

Please wait for the garage gate to close completely. The garage has a posted height limit. Vehicles taller than that limit must not enter the garage. The condominium building performs window washing, exterior cleaning, painting and other projects from time to time. Workers may rappel down from the roof of the building with ropes or swing stages as they perform work on or around exterior windows. Guests can draw the window shades or close curtains if they have privacy concerns while work is being performed outside their unit's windows. Please remember that the majority of the homes in this building are residential units. We are located in the heart of Seattle, so there is urban noise. You can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent environment is important to you, downtown Seattle may not be the best place for you to stay. From time to time, the building or listing amenities (e.g. pool and all others) may be closed or out of service temporarily for maintenance. We will do our best to communicate such rare events to our guests, but unfortunately we cannot predict when maintenance events might be scheduled ahead of time. This property has monthly preventative maintenance pest control services performed, but in the Pacific Northwest you may still experience occasionally finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally. We will make every effort to address any such unforeseeable issues as guests bring them to our attention and appreciate your kind understanding. We have a noise decibel monitor in the living room (NoiseAware aka Rest) in some listings; it does not record any sound.

Sparkling 2BR/2BA Condo in the Heart of Seattle!

Cannot say enough good about staying at this condo with hosts Ashley and Mike.To start, This unit’s 2-level floor plan provides that large home feel! The two large master suites being on separate floors really makes a difference for separation- spreading out! There are so many choices of amenities: indoor pool, fitness center, sauna, ..the BBQ community balcony is on same floor ( convenient!), and did I mention having own private huge balcony overlooking gardens( quiet, peaceful!). Cannot forget the very comfortable king beds!!!
We have stayed with other hosts and many places but have come back to Ashley and Mike because their attentiveness and great communication is 5 star! The unit is clean and well-stocked. The concierge service was friendly and helpful. AND this location, well the best sushi, Italian, and bakery is right outside the door! (Let alone the walkable distance to Pike’s and the Seattle Center/ Needle).
We WILL be back!!

Perfect Vacation Spot.

This penthouse floor condo was very clean, with all new furnishings and has plenty of room to spread out and make yourself at home. We loved the large patio balcony off the 2nd floor, which gave us a remarkable view of the Garden as well as the Mountains and the Ocean. The building is secured with a 24 hour front desk, key fob entry into the building and elevator access. Our hosts (Ashley & Mike) were very accessible and responded promptly when we reached out. The location in Belltown is minutes from several restaurants (Sushi, Italian and Thai to name a few). Then Pike’s Market and the Seattle Needle are within walking distance. We will try to stay at this location in all our future trips!
